At , we have a real passion for fresh baked treats, especially cupcakes. We start by using the finest ingredients like Callebaut Belgian chocolate, Nielsen-Massey vanilla, creamery butter and fresh produce. Then we hand-make our cupcakes... no assembly lines, no extended shelf-life. We do this because you've told us you also appreciate the difference.
Donna, our founder, has been baking since childhood. A former "latchkey kid" with a sweet-tooth, she is self taught and created her first cake recipe, "Joy Cake" at 8 years of age. Over the years, she has shared her goodies with family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues in each the various places she has called home: California, New York, Mexico, Paris and currently London, where she and her family have lived for the past 12 years.
As we've grown, we've continued to attract staff and leaders from around the world and always with interesting backgrounds! The person helping you will always be a cake enthusiast and may also be an artist, stage singer/dancer or corporate escapee...
